Privacy & Terms.

What we collect. When you send a message through our contact form, we store what you give us — your name, email, phone number if you add one, and your message — along with the page you sent it from and, if you arrived through a link with campaign tags, those tags. We use it for one thing: replying to you and following up on what you asked about.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use the site — pages visited, rough location, device type. This data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally. You can block analytics with standard browser tools and the site works fine.

Booking. Calls booked through the calendar on our contact page are handled by Calendly under Calendly's privacy policy.

What we don't do. We don't sell your information, share it with advertisers, or send marketing you didn't ask for. Your details live in our secured lead database, readable only by our team.

Removal. Want your details deleted? Email info@icanfilm.com and we'll remove them.

The site. icanfilm.com presents the work of ICAN Film Inc. and Lucy TV Inc. Everything on it — films, stills, trailers, posters, logos, text — belongs to us or our partners and is protected by copyright. Watch it, share links to it, enjoy it; don't republish or resell it without asking us first.

Lucy TV. Streaming on Lucy TV happens at lucytv.ca under its own terms of service.

Workshops. Workshop details on this site are informational; enrolment, schedules and pricing are confirmed when you register through the links provided.

No warranties. We keep the site accurate and current, but it's provided as-is — plans, dates and slates can change as productions do.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
