White-label OTT — for operators, broadcasters & platforms

Already on air.
Now under your name.

If you need a streaming service you have three choices. Rent one and keep paying forever. Build one and wait a year. Or license ours and be on air in weeks.

Lucy TV is not a demo, a template or a deck. It is a working service that we built, that we still run, and that you can download from two app stores this minute. We put your brand on it and hand you the keys.

Closing Vimeo shuts Vimeo On Demand down on 20 November 2026, and stops taking new purchases on 21 September. If your catalogue lives there, you have weeks, not months.

Quoted per project

Five surfaces are carrying traffic today. The three that are not are printed here rather than left for you to discover in week six, and Roku stays a separate build we quote for instead of bundling into a promise.

Two ways to take it

Rent nothing.
Own the outcome.

Most of this market will only rent you a seat and bill you for every subscriber you earn. We would rather run it for you under your brand, or hand you the code and get out of your way. Pick whichever suits how your team actually works.

Lane A

We host it for you

Your brand, your catalogue, your pricing, on our infrastructure. The apps ship under your developer accounts. Nothing technical lands on your desk and no source code changes hands.

IndicativeFrom $18,000 to set up, then monthly

Lane B

You take the source code

The full codebase for every surface, rebranded, documented and handed over with two months of support. Non-exclusive and perpetual. You own your copy, forever, with nobody to ask.

IndicativeFrom $60,000, once

In the box

Everything a
working service
needs.

Not a starter kit. This is the same stack carrying Lucy TV's own audience, handed over with our name taken off it.

  • Catalogue & playbackFilms, series, episodes and live channels across every surface, with the encoding pipeline behind them.
  • Subscriptions & billingPlans, rentals, entitlements and payment rails. Local methods are integrated per market and quoted separately.
  • Operator consoleContent, users, scheduling, moderation, refunds and audit trail. The screen your team actually lives in.
  • Your branding throughoutApplied properly across apps, email and store listings. Ours removed, not painted over.
  • A clean handoverFresh repository, our keys stripped, our content gone, our git history left behind.
  • Sixty days of supportReal engineering time while your team gets its footing, capped in writing so nobody guesses.
The arithmetic

What renting
actually costs you.

The rented platforms in this market charge a monthly fee, then an extra fee per app, then a cut of every subscriber you win. Five years later you have paid for a platform several times over and you still own nothing. Here is the same decision written out.

Five-year cost of renting a streaming platform, building one, or licensing ours
RouteYear oneBy year fiveWhat you hold at the end
Enterprise streaming SaaS, three apps~$60,000~$300,000Nothing. The apps stop when you do.
Building it yourself$150,000–$500,000plus upkeepA platform, roughly a year late.
Licensing oursFrom $60,000From $60,000Your own copy of the code.

Rented figures are drawn from the major white-label vendors' published enterprise pricing at three apps. Most of them will not print a price at all. We just did.

Before you ask

Straight answers.

The awkward parts, printed here rather than discovered by you in week six.

Who built it
We did, in house, and we still run it as our own service. You would be buying something in daily production use, not a template bought from a marketplace and re-skinned.
Content protection
Studio DRM is licensed by Google and Apple to the operator, so you sign your own agreement or we route it through a DRM vendor. Everyone in this market has the same constraint. We would rather say so now.
Exclusivity
Available for a territory or a defined vertical. Never worldwide, and never our own brand or catalogue. If someone offers you global exclusivity on a platform they still operate, ask them how that works.
Payments in your market
Card rails are in. Local methods such as mobile money, telco billing or Interac are real integration work, so they are quoted per market instead of promised for free.
How long
Weeks to be on air on the hosted lane. Longer for a full source handover, because we rebrand, document and support it properly rather than emailing you a zip file.
What we will not do
Promise Roku or Fire TV before they exist, hand over DRM credentials that are not ours to give, or quote you a number before we understand which market you are launching into.
Open a line

Tell us what you
are launching.

Twenty minutes on a call, and we will tell you plainly whether this fits. If it does not, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

After you hit send
  • We read it ourselvesIt reaches the people who built the platform, not a sales queue.
  • You get the running appsStore links so you can install Lucy TV and judge it on your own phone before any call.
  • Then a real numberOnce we know your market and your surfaces. Not before, because a number before that is a guess.
